Marketplace Role: Shagadoo is a platform for exchanging information between buyers and sellers. We facilitate transactions but do not represent or control the quality, safety, or availability of products. Shagadoo is not liable for any issues related to order completion.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a buyer-seller dispute, Shagadoo may mediate in good faith but is not obligated to resolve disputes or make legal judgments.
Release of Liability: By using Shagadoo’s services, members release Shagadoo from any claims, demands, or damages arising from disputes with third parties or other users.
